12/2 NIGHTTIME UPDATE

If you're tuning in to the App for the first time in a while, make sure to check out the big update on the App's home page for notes and information on the changes made to the new mobile site at MMATorch.com in your mobile browser. Keep sending your thoughts in to mmatorch@gmail.com so we can make the mobile site the best experience for you! We truly appreciate the feedback, and we're making changes as necessary. Here's what's on the site tonight:

-In a new roundtable, the crew comments on the stand out fights on the UFC 181 undercard. Excerpt from Dan Moore: “The card for UFC 181 is very average beyond the two title fights and Travis Browne vs. Brendan Schaub. Only Eddie Gordon vs. Josh Samman, and the expected one-sided contest between Urijah Faber and Francisco Rivera stand out. Other than that, injuries have taken away the other intriguing fights, including the debut of Holly Holm.” Head to our mobile site at MMATorch.com in your phone or tablet browser.

-Dana White has made several claims regarding the new Reebok deal today, trying to address the pros and at least one major negative on the deal. He continues to claim the UFC won't make a dime on the deal, and sells the idea that the Reebok deal will mean more money for the fighters than they're currently making from in-cage sponsors. Additionally, he says he's going to get “real serious about the rankings” which will determine a fighter's pay from this deal. Catch all of that with more analysis and reaction on the mobile site.

-One fighter who doesn't care for the new uniform deal is Nate Diaz. Head to the mobile site now for his unsurprisingly expletive-utilizing response.

-Anthony Pettis thinks 2015 is going to be a huge year for him after injury and The Ultimate Fighter took away almost all of 2014. Head to the mobile site for his comments and further analysis.

-Finally today, bantamweight Michinori Tanaka failed a drug test out of UFC Fight Night 52 in Japan in September, and has forfeited his $50K “Fight of the Night” bonus. More details on the mobile site.

We thank all of our readers for their feedback and patience as we continue making improvements on the new mobile site. We're an independent voice in the MMA space with no corporate backing, and as such we stay afloat on ad revenue. This shift to the full listing on mobile web brings us a better chance to keep ourselves going and to bring our readers everything we have for the last five years and more, as the mobile advertising market is simply stronger than that on the app. Continue sending us your feedback to mmatorch@gmail.com and let us know how the new features with the Disqus comments section and more are working for you on mobile web!
