11/30 UPDATE

If you're tuning in to the App for the first time in a while, make sure to check out the big update on the App's home page for notes and information on the changes made to the new mobile site at MMATorch.com in your mobile browser. Keep sending your thoughts in to mmatorch@gmail.com so we can make the mobile site the best experience for you! We truly appreciate the feedback, and we're making changes as necessary. Here's what's on the site today:

-Daniel Cormier says he's completely consumed with Jon Jones into UFC 182 to the point no one can truly understand. Also, while he's disappointed the fight got delayed, he feels it's given him a full fight camp to prepare into Jan. 3. Head to our mobile site at MMATorch.com in your phone or tablet browser for more of his comments with further analysis.

-Ronda Rousey was asked recently about staredowns in MMA and who was most effective in throwing her off with one, and she discussed how Liz Carmouche threw her off entirely prior to their fight. Catch Rousey's comments with additional thoughts on the mobile site now.

-Cris “Cyborg” Justino says she tried to train through her foot/ankle injury in order to make it to this week's Invicta FC 10 event, it just didn't work out in the end. See her thoughts on the injury with further analysis on the mobile site.

-Yves Edwards announced his retirement today following a loss to Akbarh Arreola last week at UFC Fight Night 57. The 17-year-vet had lost five straight, with one of them overturned to a no contest due to Yancy Medeiros failing a post-fight drug test for marijuana. Head to the mobile site for his farewell comments with further thoughts.

-Fabricio Werdum talked about the fight ending knee against Mark Hunt at UFC 180 in an interview this week, and said it was something that he trained and planned to use in the fight. He also talked about Hunt's reaction to the knee in the cage, and why he knew it was the end as soon as he landed it. More thoughts from Werdum with further analysis on the mobile site.

-The UFC could be bringing a major show to Australia by this time next year, as the Victorian Labor party coming into power in that state has promised to lift the ban on cages for MMA competition, opening the doors for a UFC event in Melbourne. Exec Tom Wright says they want to make a splash with their debut, and are targeting a stadium event for pay-per-view with at least one title on the line. Get more on that potential event on the mobile site now.

We thank all of our readers for their feedback and patience as we continue making improvements on the new mobile site. We're an independent voice in the MMA space with no corporate backing, and as such we stay afloat on ad revenue. This shift to the full listing on mobile web brings us a better chance to keep ourselves going and to bring our readers everything we have for the last five years and more, as the mobile advertising market is simply stronger than that on the app. Continue sending us your feedback to mmatorch@gmail.com and let us know how the new features with the Disqus comments section and more are working for you on mobile web!
